Letter of Recommendation for Genesis Carpet Cleaning (Highland St. McKinney)

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter of recommendation was unsolicited, but I felt it was appropriate to send. In a day where customer service is waning, it is important to pass the word when we find a true professional who is concerned with providing “extraordinary” service.

First, Richard responded to my request for a bid within 24 hours, and of the four companies I contacted from an Internet search, he was the only one to respond. I did receive a call back from one of the other companies, but it was five days after my initial request.

Secondly, Richard was  precisely on time proving he understands my time is valuable, and at 6:00 AM, my time was at a premium. I had requested the early start at the commercial business location that I run. He immediately went to work.

Thirdly, he was meticulous and his attention to detail proved he takes pride in his work. He continued to work until he had completed the job. He did not take breaks other than to remove the dirty water from the premises.

The entire time, Richard was professional, courteous, and respectful of the property.  We have been completely pleased with the results. When he was finished, he walked through the area with me to see if I had any questions. He continued with the details of following up in the event there was a problem.

I believe we should support those businesses that go above and beyond what is required to maintain a loyal customer base. This was the first time we used Genesis, and he can expect to have our business from now on.
